Instead of 17/18 WW Freestyle Points (around 650 calories), these pork chops are 8/9 Freestyle Points (about 450 calories).Much less calories but still big on taste! Instead of lots of butter and cream to make the sauce, I’ve substituted the Parmesan Chicken Broth for flavor.While it does add flavor, it does add calories as well so I omit the sugar. Many brining recipes call for sugar as well as salt.Most recipes for pork chops include browning the chops in flour, I’ve omitted this ingredient. ![]() Using an olive oil mister (paid link) helps reduce the amount you need.
